Full steam ahead – five plots under development
Five plots will soon be under development, with a combined value of US$40million.
Villa owners had the opportunity to customize their perfect home, either deploying their own design team (subject to certain architectural and building covenants) or working with the tantalising range of designs created by our award-winning master architects.
They will collaborate closely with each client to ensure that their personality and taste is reflected into every inch of the property – from the initial renderings to the very last details.
A couple of the plots have been bought by high profile individuals and families, and we are delighted to see their homes take shape. London-based
has been commissioned to design one of these new homes and also a third property for another owner on the coveted lot no.36.
Plans for all the homes have now been submitted, and building shall commence in Q1 of 2024.
