The Vision

Pearns Point Antigua marks the realisation of a long-term vision. Immersed in a bounty of nature, this exclusive development inhabits a beautiful peninsula on Antigua’s west coast. Notable for its spectacular vistas across intimate white-sand beaches, and turquoise waters to the islands of Montserrat, Redonda, and St Kitts and Nevis, Pearns Point is secluded yet conveniently close to the island’s main attractions.

The Project

A spectacular choice of Beach Front, Ocean Front and Ocean View Lots are available for sale on this remarkable peninsula. Subject to restrictive covenants that are intended to respect the low density, luxury vision for the peninsula, the Developer can also make available experienced design, planning and construction teams to build out the dream villa.

The Pearns Point Community

The Pearns Point peninsula will benefit from luxury Owners’ Facilities on the main beach and public areas that will allow Pearns Point owners access to an exciting range of amenities including tennis courts, a beach bar and restaurant, swimming pool and fitness centre. All ensuring a sense of sociability and community as and when the mood suits. A future luxury hotel on the main beach and existing nearby restaurants will also entice from lively Caribbean style beach bars to international fine dining options like the fabulous Sheer Rocks.

The Developer

Pearns Point is owned by luxury property developers Orange Limited, led by Dutch entrepreneur Albert Hartog and his partners.
Together, they have been looking to create one of the most exclusive projects in the Caribbean, creating a luxurious sanctuary that not only respects the rich local inheritance and culture of Antigua, but also respects local ecosystems in a sustainable way. A hugely successful businessman in his native Netherlands, Albert is also a passionate conservationist and is the main sponsor of one of the largest privately funded wildlife support projects in South Africa. The experienced direction of those involved coupled with a drive to protect natural habitats ensure that the project is both financially viable and ecologically sensitive.
