Our development team can offer their in-depth experience and enticing, site appropriate designs to give buyers peace of mind. Ranging from a “Naturally Modern” feel to one of “Caribbean Chic” we have fully priced out Villas we can design and build for our buyers within agreed timeframes and using tried and tested high quality service providers. Prices for our villas start from US$4.3 million for Naturally Modern and US$4.6 million for Caribbean Chic (both prices exclude interior design).
